Manual Yonghe Go Kart 150cc Motor
Complete 150cc Carburetor: Fits most 150cc Chinese Go Karts. Most carburetors being offered are EPA carburetors that are not adjustable. This carburetor is adjustable with an exposed mixture screw to lean or rich the fuel mixture. This replacement Carburetor is not adjusted for your engine.
It will need to have the air/fuel mixture screw and idle screwed adjusted to 'tune' the Carb for your engine. Your Go-Kart or Light Utility Vehicle may use a manual choke. If so, you will need to remove the auto choke. Adjustable for easier access to the jets.
Electric Auto Bystarter Choke. The 150cc Carburetor will fit all the 150cc Hammerhead Go Karts and older Twister Hammerhead TJ Power Sport Models, TrailMaster Go Karts, Yerf-Dog Go Karts, Carter Brothers Talon Go Karts, SunL, Massimo, Roketta, American Sportworks Go Karts, Crossfire Go Karts, Blade Go Karts, BV Powersports Go Karts and many more.

Howhit 150cc Go Kart Engine
Charges battery. Plugs into wiring harness and electric choke. This is the stock regulator used on all Hammerhead 150cc models and most American Sportworks 150cc karts. This will NOT work for the LM200 or R-150.
Depending on what 150cc model you have you might need to mount the regulator on the outside of the electric box. Replaces Hammerhead Part #6.000.124-GTS, Old TJ Power Sports #6.000.124, Old TJ Power Sports #6.000.036 and TJPS #6.000.124-STD.
Manual Yonghe Go Kart 150cc Motor
Hello, got my kid a used 150cc buggy for Christmas. It ran for a while but now it won't start. I'm getting fuel but no spark. All I know is the engine says 'Yonghe'. Just can't figure out why all of a sudden it stopped firing. Spark Plug is fine.
Other than that. I am at a loss. Anyone got any manuals on these Yonghe 150cc electrical systems?

Cvt is the clutch/belt system on these, the cover is on the left side of the motor. Stator would be the generator in the motor it is under the fan cover behind the fan and inside of the flywheel. The coil is what the spark plug wire runs to and has 2 leads on it. I would proceed this way, grab a new plug or 1 you know works, test it for spark. If you have spark then the plug was bad, if not then the coil would be the next spot to check check the wire and the boot is the plug snapping in there okay? Check the 2 leads on the other side coming from the electrical mess.
There is a wiring harness coming out of the right top side out of the fan cover this is the stator harness there is a plastic plug and 2 wires on bullet connectors check them, there is a ground wire on the cvt cover that would be the 1st thing to check or any other test wont. From there that would leave you a bad CDI which is the black rectangular thing or a bad stator which both you would need a replacement part to assure it was the prob and for the stator you need a special puller. The key switch and the kill switch could also be factors. Key switches go bad and kill switch go bad or sometimes stick. I might be missing something in there which i'm sure someone will think of. TRAILMASTER, BMS, SSR, DRR, FLY RACING. Things to check- Grounds and connections Coil and wire- The spark boot end of the wire simply twists off.
If I have spark problems I will twist boot off. Snip a little of the wire and twist back on Kill switch- first make it is not in the off position. Then check for continuity between frame and wire to switch (should be none) Stop/brake switch If it has one of these. Do yourself a favor and bypass it CDI I keep an extra one of these (and extra carb) on hand. If I have a spark problem I switch it out to eleminate this suspect- Pat '05 Sahara 150 '08 Joyner 250 '05 Joyner 650 '04'85 Twistonda 350x.
